Thank You Professor Yu, it’s very helpful. Yes these paragraphs are easy, but the Teas Reading were long and complicated😩. Only if I would just find the answer faster like yours then it’ll be nice.

What do you think is the best strategy to make logical conclusions? I get how to make inferences but I have a hard time on conclusions.

Almost missed your comment! That's a good question. The hard part about Reading is that it's not something you can memorize like A&P. Every paragraph is different - topics, writing styles, etc. I'm glad you are good with making inferences because I always think making conclusions is easier in comparision, lol. My suggestion is each time you read a practice passage, take a few seconds to think about what the author is trying to say and what's his overrall position and argument. I notice a lot of students get tripped by the conclusion questions because they confuse supporting details with the conclusion. So that's something I recommend you checking to see if that's a challenge for you as well. I have a method you can use to develop the skill for identifying logical conclusions - get 10 or more practice passages with making logical conclusions questions (from good sources and not crappy low quality TEAS questions). Review them all at once and look for patterns on why a particular answer choice is the correct answer. The more you analyze a passage for the correct answer, the more your brain is tuned to looking for info needed and put them together to make a conclusion. Hope this helps! 🙂

Haha! You are too funny! No worries - Reading really takes a lot more time to get better than science or math. I would give it a couple of months of intense practice before you see any improvement. Definitely ramp up the amount of reading you do - anything will do like newspaper, fiction/nonfiction books, science textbooks/articles :-)
