I'm sure Salesforce wouldn't mind so much if you did quit. With the glut of unemployed tech workers out there, you will be easily replaceable by people who will come into the office for a paycheck. But not only that, they will be able to pay the new employeea lower salary than what you are currently making. Employees who do not want to come into the office no longer have bargaining power.

Too late. All the retail shops are gone. Deli’s and restaurants are gone. Embarcadero Center destroyed. Westfield, San Francisco Center a memory. Nordstrom‘s no more. Where do all these employees go on their off times now? SF brought out their defibrillator too late. The body has been pronounced. Call the coroner.

salesforces neglects employees' wellbeing and safety for work. It is dangerous and dirty. What is the point to force them to go somewhere that is not safe. Gross

Probably the only reason why Salesforce is forcing their employees to return to their SF offices is because they are publicly traded, and own those office buildings. If they don’t use them, it lowers their asset valuations which would hurt their shareholders.

A great sign for the downtown coming back. Staying optimistic, and not listening to the naysaying armchair quarterbacks who don't do anything for this City. Those people just complain online and are negative without taking any action to improve their community. Pissing in the wind, IMO. You got ideas to make things better for San Francisco? Leave your couch and do something.
