Anuj!!! You should have known better before getting sponsered by lenskart!! No beef with the company, its fantastic and i myself am using their glasses but the thing is being a doctor you should have known that blue-cut lenz or blue blocker lens and other lens for similar purpose (ie reducing strain on eyes or protecting your eyes) are just a marketing gimmick and nothing else, multiple researches have shown this to be absolutely false, being a fellow doctor had better expectations from you!!!

I have high power and I brought One blue lens chasma from local optical clinic . It glaze as blue - green . After using this one I don't get itching in my eyes . And also did my laser treatment on both eyes . It proved to be really effective .

Blue light filters work while using devices but it should not be worn through out the day.

@@Shuv_ichha_medico well it's good you don't face any issues but many scientific studies back the fact that blue light glasses if worn the whole day will disturb your sleep cycle as even the rays of the sun will not completely reach your eyes.

Hello doctor!! I have been following your channel for more than a year now and obviously got a lot of motivation😇 I'm a CA student doing my interns along with preparation for final exams. So we have this due date things that will go on where we'll work literally a LOT! So what happened is I got severe lower back pain that I couldn't even sit to eat. Either stand or sleep became my situation. From an MRI, it turned out to be L3 L4 disc bulge. I'm overweight but not too obese. I just wanted to know, how you sit for so long to study?
