Patrick Ridge I know what both are but I'd have to say you gotta be a huge fan of both to be a Juggalo or a Technician. I'm a die hard Tech N9ne fan. That makes me a Technician. Honestly though, I was a huge ICP fan too but I gotta admit they fell off a long time ago and I think they're just doing it for the money now. I wouldn't say Tech's a huge ICP fan because he's Technician #1. I could go on and on about the differences of being a huge fan and just liking & respecting one's music.
