Tech problem - BMW S1000RR 2018 - electronic throttle problem, not responding

I just bought an s1k 2015 having the exact same issue what did you replave

Ive had the issue three times in 50k miles: twice on the same day in the course of normal riding then years later after a simple non-moving off balance drop impacting the throttle end on the ground. In all cases it fixed itself after not more than a half hour. I wiggled wires and generally dicked with it to no avail. Then it just started up fixed with no apparent connection to my having fucked with the wires or anything. Always thought it might be the E-throttle but at $400-500 without confirmation somehow.
