Can you compare the diagnostic side and special functions of the im608 pro and the ms919 .I know the ms 919 has topography and the oscilloscope, multimeter. But no one compares if the im608 pro is missing diagnostic or special functions or other features. I just got the ms 919 from your company. Thanks.

The IM608 is primarily for key programming and has no Bi-Directional controls for diagnostics as far as I know. You'll need a different tool for that. Imo Android OS in most automotive applications is slow and unreliable. I've heard too many horror stories with Autel devices. I highly recommend you check out Opus (Autoingenuity) for diagnostics/programming. They make a badass all-in-one Bi-Directional PC based scan tool and have amazing customer support.

I have heard many GOOD things about the IM508/IM608 key programming from Autel, just nothing really spectacular about their other devices.

Hi you said you lose 80% of the service on the device, I believe that is incorrect as the updates have been paid for and downloaded to the device and only newer information won't be provide autel tell you this themselves. Can you explain different?

If that would be true then KM100 would bring back more than about 50-60% of its functions. I agree with you. No problem for the big guys, but for a small one like ours this matters. Waiting two years for a special car is not manageble. Actually a token based model for small firms would be great/better. Why can we not have that choice? We have tired, and we love Autel, but only cost so far for us. KM100 will be a beast, and pay for itself shortly, compared to the subscription model. Our 508, will be dead i three months, and just costed us a lot of money. But still, we'll stick to Autel, they are the best.
