Love your videos. My Dad bought a 1066, new, in 1974. He put a stainless steel straight pipe on the exhaust and that turbo sounded so sweet!!! He also removed the canopy, leaving the supports, cause it got kind of chilly under the canopy in early spring. With duals and larger front tires, and a full set of front weights that 1066 was a "mean machine". It was terribly LOUD when out in the field but I loved that tractor. Would be so cool if Brent would restore it. Take care, Taylor, and keep the videos coming.

I use a box Cutter knife too on my Krone balers. Those Germans finally got smart and put a knob on the doors for the newer models. I just have to be careful, those box cutter blades break so what easily.

Just one more fabulous video from Taylor! Lots of ground covered in the field and verbally which is much appreciated! I bought a bigger boat to go out for halibut and salmon it's too bad you and Brent weren't closer. And by the way Taylor I don't think any of us appreciated you using that utility knife to turn screws without your glasses on! BIG NO NO, let's figure out a little better system which might include throwing a handful of pennies into the toolbox??? Or a magnet stuck on the Vermeer and then a hand full of washers? That was a beautiful Doe. Enjoyed the bailing. I could almost smell the sweet smell of freshly mowed hay. It is sure nice when the equipment doesn't break down. Maybe an omen of things going your way for once. No breakdowns this year. Keep up the good work. As far as the new tech on your milk tank, what happens if the QR code wears off. How is the driver going to input the milk weight then? They never seem to look that far in advance. Keep on farming and God Bless.

We use to have seed reps stop by the farm all the time, they would give us hats, pocket knives, even got a nice vest when I was in high school. Hope you find a seed rep, maybe look them up in the web and see if the rep will send you a bag or you can stop by and get it. Stay safe and healthy Tay.

Only just found this channel and love it so much. I was brought up on a small farm in the United Kingdom and you remind me so much of my days on the farm when i was younger. All the same problems, having to fix up old machinery and use older Tractors is part of life for the average farmer. Those farming channels with all the multi million dollar new machinery is just not the reality of what farming is like for most people. Please keep up the great videos and a big thanks again for the channel.

I always wondered how tall you are because you always say short girl problems but after seeing you next to the hay wrap and it saying it was 48 inches i see that you are about 5'2 im guessing but I'm impressed that you don't let it stop you from doing anything. Thank-you, Taylor, for your video.😊 It was really good to see you "walk thru" the calf chores, milk house (showing the stick, upcoming changes, steps to lower bacteria, etc.) That really gives people an opportunity to see and experience the real life on a farm. Also, cutting hay and concern for the little fawns this time of year. It really is a worry and a good feeling to see a fawn run out of the last strip of hay for safety, tragedy averted.

Another great video, sweetie. The calves look good as good to see you guys getting some haying done. you are definitely one tough strong little woman. I know how heavy the net wrap rolls are They’re not fun to throw around lol I had something happen yesterday evening baling that’s never happened in my whole life. My round baler caught on fire. I dumped the bale out and tried to get to where there was some water get the baler put out and that didn’t work out. I got some burns on the right side of my body. That was the side facing the Baler as I was getting it unhooked from the tractor so I can save the Tractor. It was a very hot and intense flyer that breathes in quite a bit of that black smoke from the belts burning but I’m OK I’m still alive. I’m sore but as of today we have fire extinguishers on all the tractors on the square baler and whatever we buy for a new round baler will have a fire extinguisher I could’ve saved the the baler if I would’ve had one live and learn. be safe out there. I sent you the videos. I don’t know if you’re able to see him them yet or not. I hope you have a wonderful day. Talk to you soon hopefully.🤗
