Is there a limit to the length of the horizontal exhaust pipe? Does it require any pitch? or exactly horizontal is okay?

Yes but that is manufacturers specific and depends on bends in vent

I thought it showed 1/4" slope or rise on the horizontal piece. Kinda like you would run a sewer pipe. I was wondering if they were going to show the installation of the gas line? I guess that may be another video.

Their web site is the worst for information. They want you to guess where the places that sell these numberous fireplaces are. Instead of listing the places that carry the stuff with the prices, they want you to put a million different zip codes in to see where the stores are located. You need a big list of zip codes, they don't have this stuff in every town. Start at the top and work your way down until you hit bingo I suppose. I won't be doing business with them. I have to build the whole fireplace myself and don't have time for this crap. Going to find another place. I am sure Lowes or home depot carry the hardware up to the Chimney.

That chimney work is terrible. That sealant will not hold up and will be a source of problems for years to come. There has got to be a better way to seal up top.
