Имам питане, тъй като отдавна си търся сгъваемо колело.Даже две питания. Доколкото разбирам софтуерно го ограничават на 250 вата за Европа, което лесно се отключва от менюто. Моят също беше с някакви по-ниски настройки в началото.

Преди продуктът да бъде отключен, мощността на двигателя е ограничена до 250 W, Той обаче поддържа отключване до 500 W и потребителите могат да избират дали да го отключат според собствените си нужди.

I bought my z20 pro. But there was a fault with the front brake on receiv. The brake is on the disc. It is a noise that cannot be adjusted. It was also the wheel that bounces up and down when you get up to little speed. I have tried for two weeks to talk to the supplier who does not come up with any proposal to a solutions. How to solve the problems. It's a little bit irritating. Its always risk ordering from internet.

The noise with the brake is happening with such kind of basic brakes. Try to bring this to a repair shop and get new pads. As for the bouncing - do you have a video about it? Cheaper suspensions are not as stable as high end suspensions...

The bike is new took it out from box with the problems. It could maby have happen in transport. The disc is touching the metal of the brakes. There is nothing to adjust. I have mailed the seller with video and pictures for a week now. And nothing concrete has been done from there side.

i saw that the one they are selling now on there site is without the horn and light button...it's only a frontlight with AA battery and a reflector at the rear...? do you know why?

Is anyone having issues with this bikes limited range? Though advetised as anything up to 80 kilomteres plus, I think I'm lucky if I get 20 miles and this is on setting 2, pedalling ,not using assist. Like most people I've tweaked the battery to get more speed but didn't expect this to have such a big impact. At the moment I begin a jourey on a fully charged battert with four bars, but am down to just two after having done just ten miles. Does anyone else have this issue?

It very much depends on the riding style too. The promised range is usually calculated based on ideal conditions.

Can you deactivate the unwanted, intrusive darned pedal-assist and ONLY use the throttle ? If not I ain't buying one. I the rider want to decide when I need power not have b***dy pedal-assist kicking in all the time. It also increases range if ebike-riders can activate power only when we need it or want it !! The throttle mode works independent from the assist modes - so.in a way it is deactivated when you use the throttle.

@@TechMishka So no - it therefore is NOT deactivated!! So as soon as you're not turning the throttle the darned pedal-assist tries to intrude again!! How do I eradicate pedal assist? Can I physically remove the pedal assist sensor.? Again - unless I can wipe out stupid unwanted pedal assist I won't be buying it. Please reply intelligently next time. How to I terminate/eradicate pedal assist ?!??!

This is the worst company ever. Be careful. Be careful. If you get a broken bike, they refuse to replace the parts. I have huge problems with them. A month after the bike was delivered I can't use it.

@TechMishka The wheel is bouncing. The disk is leaning to the metal of the brakes. Front fork has welded attachments for the brake. The metal that is mounted in the welded attachment is leaning to the disk. Or the disk is leaning to the metal. I can't adjust it from or move it from the disk. There is nothing to adjust. I have sent video pictures explaining the problem. I beg them just to send new front fork with new wheel and brake. And I will send the broken back. They refuse and tell me to take the bike to a repair shop 😒

@@Bevakas This may be a misunderstanding. Normally, engineers will diagnose the problem and provide a solution. If necessary, they will negotiate with the customer to repair it locally (PVY will bear all repair costs). Please believe that this is just to solve the user's problem better and faster. question. Would you mind emailing the support email again? And ask to re-evaluate your solution, PVY will definitely be responsible to users to the end.🙏

@pvyebike then you should employ new engineers. I say I have problems with front wheel. Thay send me a video of how to adjust back wheel. Thay even wanted me to take the new bike to repear shop. It took me a month to finally get them to take the bike back again.
