I can only imagine how exciting it must be to see all the new tools and technology available to construction workers today. It's never too late to learn new skills and techniques, though! Maybe it's time to get back into the construction world and try out some of these new techniques for yourself. Thank you for sharing this fascinating video! 🏗👷‍♀🌟

"With proper design can withstand an 8.0 earthquake". You can design any type of structure to withstand an earthquake : wood, steel, concrete, cmu masonry block. Weird they mentioned earthquake resistance right after talking about wood durability. IMO making it seem as if wood structures can not resist earthquake forces. By the way wood is excellent vs earthquake forces mainly due to it weighing less than other materials vs its strength. Proper design (hold downs and connections) are needed but don't count wood out in a high seismic region.

3d printer construction robots will make most of these techniques, obsolete. They are cheaper, way faster, more effecient and usually fire proof. The latest tech we have for every part of life, will set humanity free from all our issues.
@bdkracingteam9136

Yes but the probleem is that the constructions you can make with a concrete-3D-printer, is that you can't absorb the pull-forces. Therfore you need metal reinforces, but that's a big struggle right now 😊
@Kareszkoma

Maybe. Most of the 3D printing tech currently is very slow, wasteful, and can't do most of the complex things.

@Kareszkoma

@@caseyford3368 I researched it, and a bricklayer works faster. They can only do one level, as far as I know, and even those with the weird wavy mortar walls. Which technically insulate well. Which is a big positive. But the 3D printer still needs a lot of human assistance. You don't have to argue it, if you don't want to, but this is what I found. For the second text... fuuh.. wow. I mean I don't like criminals either, but drone strikes may be a bit much. Thou, really depends on the neighborhood. At some places it would count as renovation.

not sure on the facts on the EPDM membrane , it doesn't last 50yrs . it will waterproof a roof if installed correctly but in the commercial roofing industry, it's considered junk for a durable roof system. if you want a roof membrane that has a chance to last 50 yrs it would be Sarafil PVC membrane. NASA even tested it , best overall results of any roof system . I still enjoyed the video.

There's a video (I believe from Veritasium or SmarterEveryDay) where they test a melon sprayed with 'truck bedliner'. It's sprayed on as a 2 part 'epoxy' / coating. So with ingredient A and ingredient B mixing together just before it comes out the nozzle. It has similar properties as that polyurea stuff (spray it on anything. Now that thing is 'unbreakable') They throw the melon off a roof, even. Stays intact, but the melon inside turned into mush. (So it's 'intact' but the melon is now more like a milkshake) Very interesting to see :) It should be on KZbin - By the way, I think lego is made from ABS plastic. Very strong in the way that they use it - but when used as thinner, larger pieces (like a carrying case for a drill) it can crack quite easily when dropped.

These products are awesome and I'm impressed but they are so light & durable, but have they been through health testing? We loved to fill our homes at the beginning of chemicals to make carpet, chesterfields (sofa's), wallpaper, even I think to this day of fire retardant pj's for babies needed for those young smokers. I love there are people out there changing the world but just as long they aren't slowly killing us as money can blind people. Chemicals can be ingested by a parent and pass on defects to their yet to be born child through broken DNA and even worse effects can happen to that child who will have a child themself with her broken DNA and the grandchild could have even more problems. It would look like a world with rising rates of allergies at first then focusing issues that need brain meds, our stomachs fighting us on the food we eat & having trouble passing it, even maybe mixed genders would be more frequent. If as small as a bacteria can kill us a even smaller chemical could serioulsy mess up our mind & bodies. Sorry to be a Donny Downer, those products are impressive.

I would not recommend using bubbledeck so many buildings have failed. From wat i saw in the reports its mostly cause of a flaw in construction. The problem is normally if there is a flaw somewhere the rest is still sturdy enough to be more then save enough, that does not apply to bubble deck there is almost no room for errors. Secondly there is no room for installations so its useless in my eyes just use channel plate to save concreet
