Well, from what I’ve seen, fidgety type toys are very popular with autistic ppl. Fidget toys are for everyone, yes, but LEDs might be more directed at autistic ppl bc the circling lights might cause them to stim. Titaniumfox95 If these devices were integrated into an app or even had a micro that modified them over time I can see the innovation. As it stands they annoy me. Great products get sidelined and these crap flourish due to simple minds.

Titaniumfox95 I think you misunderstand what I am getting at. I am not saying the app is used all the time or very much at all. What I am suggesting is an intelligent device that changes its give, its resistance, options etc. It morphs. Its then a challenge all the time. This can include an app or even a basic micro. Maybe even no battery if its just a basic micro. Flick it long enough and charge up a supercap that activates an internal motor and changes the item interaction then the micro goes dormant for a time again. Anyway clearly lots of people like these items so there may be something there or maybe its just herd mentality like selling a pet rock. Yes that's another item I could never understand.
