What if the game was already on the quest? Will it still be on there after i factor reset it? The batman gane was already on it when i bought my meta quest.

it’s in your account . your account is online , which means every game you have downloaded , you can download again. if you are buying a used one , than no because it will be in the account of the original owner

@TechandDesign ok now here is the problem I run into. My Lil brother's meta quest had been switched to organization use by his cousins. Now no email is working for me to switch it back. Not even his mom email is working. So will factory reset change all that has well?
