For starters, I haven't seen a disclaimer anywhere that states no cats were harmed during filming of this video. So, did I miss the disclaimer since I was watching the video while having a meal, or were the cats hurt during filming of this video? New capture looks good even with KZbin compression. Nice upgrade!

Thanks for the vid! Im debating wether to buy the elgato or the ripsaw for a dual PC setup. I wished youtube would use their 4k encoder for 1080p as well. Its awfully bad, especially if you want to stream in here. I look at your footage and I KNOW it looks better for you but it looks so bad on youtube. Their compression sucks ass lol. For the cheaper price I might try this one out, thanks! BTW: for the audio capture, you don't need to create a source for audio, you can also select that on the Video Capture if you scroll down there's an option for it :D

To your question at 10:52, EVGA XR1 lite. Its currently 50$ US new, cheaper on B stock when available. 1080p60 input and 4k30/60 passthrough and USB 3.0. =] Either way, nice upgrade, capture footage looks much better.

i might sound because i have no knowledge about capture cards and i want to know if i can play the nintendo switch through my pc for better image quality? without streaming to the internet. i just want to be able to get the screen from the switch on my desktop to play games on higher image quality and better upscaling options. if anyone knows if this is possible? please comment.

This sort of thing WILL let you get the switch screen onto your desktop PC. Just make sure you get one with very little latency.

I hate that one got one used it worked kinda if i played fortnite it giched out plus it glitched with other games so now i use the XR1 it is the best for budget i think i got it for 30 new on a sale or i use my gpu which is the best opshon if you do not mind lag

You know what's weird? When I first got it I did have crackling (I didn't notice it at first, when I made the video, but I noticed it afterwords). However it went away. It's not crackling at all now. I've heard it might have something to do with whatever USB port you have it plugged into, if that hub is shared by many devices. You might have luck with switching USB ports (try the front usb port on your PC).
