Hi there, congratulations for the great videos. I was just wondering if you could help me with an issue im facing. I own two of those tapo motion sensors, have set them all up and they work fine. My question is, can i adjust a different notification sound for every each one of them so i know every time which one is activated just by the sound and not having to check my phone? I'm on a Xiaomi red mi note 9pro. Thanks in advance.

Thank you, when you are creating automation for each of the sensors you can choose the sound,if I remember correctly..

@@TechGuruAndrew I haven't created any automations. I only use them for notifications if they detect motion and I'm trying to figure out how can I set a different notification sound for every one of the sensors. Thanks for the reply.

@@TechGuruAndrew just did that and still not working, every time I change the notification sound of the one sensor it changes the other one as well. I guess there is only one same sound for the whole app and not different sounds for every each one tapo device.

5 meters is regular distance no worries.

Hey Andrew I have the Motion Sensor T100, I'm trying to make an action where I press my Tapo Smart button & it enables or turns On the Motion Sensor, / Tap again to turn it off, but I cant work out how to do it? Please help me?

I have a Tapo motion CCTV camera. It faces the main busy area, but I can have someone come from behind it. Can this sensor be uses to trigger the camera to turn around to face the action area?

how do you connect the light bulb to the motion sensor ? hub plugged in. you are not showing the part how the bulb is receiving the command to turn on

Is it possible to combine this with a smart dimmer switch for the following function? - During the day lights are off - From sun set to sunrise lights are on at 10% brightness - If motion is detected lightly turn on at full brightness for five minutes before going back to 10% This is the function I want for my driveway lights

No need for a smart dimmer switch. You can do it with a Hub, a smart bulb and a smart sensor

How can you modify or delete the smart actions? Only by deleting the sensor? You can't actually see the smart functions that you made in the app?

I think my device came broke as it constantly detect motion in a empty room and now it does not detect anything even waving my hand infront it. if I touch the sensor it can detect my hand but only if I touch the plastic ball part. I think I am going to return it.
