Yes, absolutely, you can use solar panel instead of battery to generate voltage boosted electricity but sometimes, if solar panel generates too much voltage, then your components might burn out due to overvoltage. So, install proper fuses to protect your electric components from getting damaged. Solar panels don't always generate same electricity. Sometimes, they generate less and sometimes they generate more electricity.

Может и зажжет. Транзистор то на 15 А по даташиту. Но он будет работать на пределе т.к расщитан на 230 В (К-Е). Можно выжать из него 3450 Вт в теории. Но нагрев будет большой.
