Nissan Ariya 10%-80% Charging Speed Test: Lightning Fast or Snail’s Pace?

I do love my Kona, it pre heats the battery if you use the built in sat nav and head to a charger

It’s not about the peak but the curve. The Ariya just hangs at 90+kWh till 90%. My old Model Y 4680 battery would be below 40kWh after 65%, it was horrible.

Is see once it gets to 99% it slows down to get to 100%

Yup. It holds up to peak (136kW) until about 45% - then it slowly tapers off up to about 90% - beyond 90% it's quite a bit slower.
