I see a lack of knowledge regarding how is working the substructure. 1. Most of the anchors for the brackets were installed between the bricks ( this means the pullout capacity is compromised) 2. All brackets are working like fixed support for the T profile. This is totally wrong. There is thermal expansion and also building slab movements. Usually, the top brackets are fixed with circular holes and all other brackets below have to be with vertically orientated slotted holes. We have tested the chemichal fixation and you have to understand that the majority of the curtain walls have mechanichal fixation too. We also prefer a double fixation (mechanichal and chemichal) but the Architecht prefer this option.

This installation appears to be a bad idea to use regular batt insulation... I would have used a rigid type poly-iso foam board (dark colored) ... This type of board is waterproof and will not harm the performance of the insulation... they will regret this decision when the batt insulation starts sagging within the cavity.

Although, according to the adhesive manufactures, it is an adequate fastening element for this type of application, they guarantee its suitability by carrying out behavioral tests against the wind. It is a valid and safe fastening system, although some regulations may exist, depending on each country, that for building works that exceed 3 m. a double fixation method, chemical and mechanical, will be necessary as an extra safety element.
