what is diff between TPA and processing rule Sir

TPA is trading partner agreement. For example, if we are exchanging the document from our TN to other partner, then in our TPA, we can configure the agreed transfer mechanism details like is it to be acknowleged or is it to be scheduled/batched and other. Processing rule: Processing rule used to invoke specific action based on specific matching criteria whenever any document reached to TN.
