If you are seeing this screen you may have accidentally triggered MTK test mode, by pressing the Volume Down and Power Keys together. MTK test mode is an engineering screen not intended for customer use. Solution: To recover from the issue: Simply hold just the Power Key for 10s (until the screen turns off) and then release the key; this will force reboot the device and then the device will power-up in normal mode.

Following a voice demonstration, I was unable to swipe or scroll up and down. The voice repeated everything I was doing on both phone and watch. Drove me mad. dude, youre a freaking magician, my phone broke because of a virus or something and i left it at that for a while, thinking it may solve the issue but the boot loop was still there. I have a bit time so i play around with it a bit and suddely the chinese menu turn up and after a few loud beeps i stopped trying out myself and aksed the web and man, thanks so much.

I have same brand but not the same model, the factory reset works, but by pressing on power button not the home button. However after about 3 minutes the touch screen stops responding. So could be a software issue.
