Agreed but indoor is a completely different sport. The stance's and techniques are quite different

You'd be surprised. In women's hockey, Holland leads the World Ranking while Australia is at the sixth position. In men's hockey, Holland is third. So 'a lot better' is not true, maybe you should be the one to remove your comment? And besides, I'm a goalie as well, and I'm taught to make the goal smaller by starting at a position further from the goal. This video is very useful, though, because it teaches the right body movement.
