We fought, he downed me, so I just waited for death (My revive was on cooldown) So he used his beta, the one that sends him flying past me. Then it stops and then my countdown resumes. i dont tend to write comments alot but i genuinely have to thank you so much for uploading these videos i recently got into mha because of season 7 coming out (i finished the manga about 3 weeks ago) and my friend showed me this game so i was like "yeah sure why not" ive been binge watching your videos and your channel has been super fun to watch and it has helped me understand so many things about this game (from basic things like what each potion thing does to understanding how a specific character works) even if some of them are a bit outdated due to the game constantly receiving updates that balance the game out theyre still super fan to watch regardless hawks was the first character i unlocked a few days ago and your videos about him helped me understand his playstyle alot more and i realized how fun he actually is to play so ya!!! thank you for uploading these videos and props to you for being able to upload them THIS consistently, keep it up!!!

The 2.0 changes to the new map have been really fun with some of the no-mobility lockdown-type characters. Despite the rapid meta currently going on I've been playing a lot of Tech Dabi, Tech Shouto, and Momo because it's really fun to bait people into small rooms lmao

Been unfortunately unable to play lately from lots of studying and important irl stuff for my future and fell from 87th place in ranked to 550th :' ) But the last few days I'm finally BACK and today especially I think I finally found my mains, Kendo on old map and Kaminari on new map. I had a 57% winrate today!! 17 ranked wins in a single night as a solo in mostly ace trio lobbies. Climbed all the way back to 400th. It's really funny actually because the first 2 seasons I was the top ochaco and then near the end of season 2 one of the like 3 top ones, then she got OBLITERATED with nerfs and I switched to Kendo and Kaminari and they saved me. Then Mirio comes out and I'm the best mirio for 2 seasons, then he completely gets gutted in every possible way and they're here to save me again :' ) Denki is obviously a good hawks counter because one sneak kills a rapid at full. But man Kendo is actually AMAZING against him though, she's the first character this whole season where I don't fear hawks at all and I beat every single one I see, I'm just scared of everyone else lol I have so many funny clips of blocking a hawks beta and getting a free clap combo while he's in the bounce animation and then they try to beta right again and get clapped 3 times in a row it's so funny they actually have no idea what to do if they can't beta it's like their brain stops working. They could literally fly to the other side of the map in 2 seconds and there's nothing I could do but they keep trying and die every time 🤣 And I still think Tech Todoroki is definitely yours!! The way you play him is unmatched you could definitely be the top tech shoto player in the world easily if you committed but that would obviously be less fun for the vids so I get it

If I did hard commit to a character it’d be him since he feels so fun and smooth to play 😆 and we had a similar history because kaminari was probably my most played character in season 3 with how good he can be on new map. And of all the characters kendos definitely has one of the best match ups vs hawks especially since many of them one think to use that strong beta more then anything

@@CharismaticDemon_ He's honestly literally one of the only characters I can't play to save my life so it's extra impressive for me haha We'll see how long this strategy lasts when there's also a new better toga on all 8 teams too with all 8 hawks. :' ) But for now I'm finally having fun again at least. Still miss mirio though. I also might switch to new toga myself though. Togas always been my 2nd or 3rd most played character every season I just wish she had more de-transform combos since that's the coolest part of her kit imo, and I hate how low skill the auto tracking gamma spam is. Plus a rapid which is definitely my thing in this game lol

That hit box change for the beta is surprisingly accurate to its actual size and it doesn't linger like striker shoto beta. I guess it makes sense given that it has 2 way of doing damage so it seems pretty fair imo
