I have an Idea: So if they ever add a new character from 1-b it could be Monoma, i'll start with special action, when you down someone and press triangle, you would get their quirk but in addition you can deactivate and reactivate it unlike people lime Toga who loses her stolen quirk whenever she reverts to her normal form or Afo. His alpha would be a something like Kendo's his beta would be something like mirio's but instead of going underground, he teleports a short distance. And his gamma would erase quirks like Aizawa, like in the anime Edit: I also thought of Midnight, her alpha is a whip shot that hard knock downs in three hits, her beta is purple mist that covers the opponent's vision for 10 seconds and her special action would stun the opponent for some seconds.

I dunno, I don't think it matches how their quirks work. Midnight's quirk is putting people to sleep, not blinding them, Here's how I'd do it: She'd be a Technical character. Alpha: A crack of her whip. it's a medium range attack that, if you use it on the ground, it hard knocks down the opponent. if you using in the air, it can be used for movement like Aizawa and Uraraka's Alpha. Beta: She walks forward what rapidly swinging her whip in front of her, it's similar to Aizawa's gamma in the way that it block projectiles, but she can move forward while using it. (it's not a run like Kirishima's Alpha, but a walk). Gamma: Gonna borrow from how they handled her in One's Justice 2, it's a medium range attack in which she swipes her fan scattering her sleeping gas. the opponent that gets hit falls asleep on the spot, leaving them open for an attack (basically, it's a stun). Special Action: Hers is a meter that starts at 0% and slowly builds up to 100% throughout the match. when used, she spreads her sleeping in a wide area around her (like Strike Dabi's Gamma explosion at lv 9, but instead of dealing damage, it puts everyone in the vicinity to sleep. they wake up after a few seconds or if they're hit. this could be a game ender move if the zone is moving, putting people to sleep and letting the storm take them. or giving your team a free hit with their strongest move.) That way she stays true to her quirk in the show.

Just equipped my tech dabi with the wall run perk and the recover hp when downing someone is kinda neat. I might replace the wall run one with the Gp recovering one but i need to roll rapid toga for that anyways in the future i might have a vampire tech dabi but the wall run is pretty useful for him too. Tech Shouto's ability to catch wakeups is fun but the explosion's ability to go through walls is my favorite. Especially on the new map, I love cutting off people's escape from the other side of a wall and hearing the *ding*

Tech shoto is my only missing skill kit in the game and the one I want the most. Tuning wise I’ve only focused on nejire for a lot of cool-down of beta and gamma, health defence, more max hp and some quirk skill damage increase. The only skill from tuning I have on is once my shields break I basically have a green card active which has made survivability feel nicer I wanted toga while when an enemy is downed heal but I already used her tuning thing for another aspect due to not having tech shoto I can’t use his buff from the tuning system
