23:25 Red deku with tuning is actually busted. My build with him does 120 normally to people and sometimes can do 135 half the time at level nine. With revenge strike it takes it up to 140-150. He needs a nerf yesterday I swear.

It's weird, if you look back at that it does look like the special action was still coming back quicker after she went down, but the perk did not look like it triggered.

Would recommend for more consistency of downing people especially when a lot of people have good get aways and i can’t always get the down, I did swap AFOs special tuning to Dabi’s special tuning skill and just get full cd reduction on specials in my slots. That way my special still comes back much faster but still allows me stay alive in that I can spam my gamma much faster if my guard breaks. It also goes into more of my play style of overhaul as a control support for my team.

i assumed that afo gives better cooldown for the special action but i checked the numbers on the website and it looks like dabi gives the same but does for everything with an easier condition so... dabi is just better

A purple and blue tuning migjt be interesting too. Purple recharge ur SA and Blue ida give you the ability to run on walls if ur guard breaks

One build that is really good with overhaul if you are lucky is blood sucker and all for one's tuning as you seen in the video if you are lucky and can get it to 11 or 10 you can heal your hp on a down and all for one's ability's will give you cooldowns . Another build thats good is for red dabi since he loses hp on gamma.

I believe they changed some attacks that went through walls before. For example, Cementoss beta no longer goes through wall. Maybe that's why Overhaul gamma sometimes feels a bit off.

I just want you to try kirishima with blue and purple toga if possible, i don't know if you can have 2 of the same character. But there's a kiri costume that has a generic blue and purple villan or viceversa to make it possible

Overhauls gamma appears to have fallen to the same fate as other attacks with the newest patch; now tracking doesn’t work if there is an obstacle in the way. So there can be a coffee table to either side of them and if the opponent is slightly behind it then it won’t auto track

My goat stray, I don’t think it works if you down Toga while she’s transformed because your skill didn’t activate and I think it’s because when you down her while she’s transformed she just falls to the ground and it doesn’t say “down” like it’s supposed to but you technically still get the kill

I don’t think over haul broken honestly. We’re in a sky meta. Self heal is great but at the same time he lack movement and range (from his A Ability) his beta could gain 2 extra charges.

@ over haul is not op. He can be easy bully because all his attacks are 2 hits then knock down. So it allows other people to run and get away. To me if you aren’t 3rd party with him it’s hard to down. Simply because he can’t chase either because he so slow.
