In 2016- Wagon R purchased from showroom, only after 3 days while driving in the night found no visibility in windshield. Us time par jyada knowlegde nhi thi.. thought it is fog. Kyu ki din k time puri visibility thi, again kuch mahine baad dobara night driving k time..puri visibility chli gyi ...kuch dikhayi nhi de rha tha, ruk kr windshield saaf ki.., but again reason samaj nhi aaya.. thought it can be due to Car AC. But 1 fine day.. i cleaned windscreen with High quality cleaning liquid ( used to clean Aircraft windscreen, i knew someone who gave me that casually, Technical Name is Last touch detailer).. what i found, the moment i applied it on windscreen..Pure seeshe par marks bane hue aa gye.almost 70 percent of total windscreen par the....same jo night mai dikhte the.. liquid k dry hote hi vapas gayab ho gye..seesha ek dum clear.. mai pareshaan.... Again liquid lagaya to fir bane hue aa gye... Sukhne k baad fir se chle gye.... Mai car ko showroom le gya... Lekin vha koi sun ne ko taiyar nhi.. bol rhe aisa ho hi nhi sakta... Aisa to phli baar koi aa k bol rha hai... But mai wo liquid sath le kar gya tha.. manager aur us k gurge ko le kr gya... Liquid lagaya aur fir dikhaya tb . Unhone apni aakho se dekh liya.. but fir bhi maan ne ko taiyar nhi... Kbhi bolte k.. ye nishan aapne seeshe par bana diye honge.. fir Bolte ki ho sakta is liquid se aa gye honge... Fir bolte ki..jb dusre din se aap ko pta chla tha to phle kyu nhi aaye ( i visited showroom almost after 10 months of purchase)...bla bla... Mai bola ki mai pagal dikhta hu jo ki apne seeshe par khud nishan banaunga... Aur agar banaye hai.. to ye din mai kha gayab ho gye... Aur mai chae 10 mahine baad aau apne comfort k hisab se ..abhi gadi warranty mai hai na... To sare mera muh takne lge ...... Fir bole..k hamara area engineer aa k next week mai is ko check karega... Hala ki aisa hua nhi kbhi aaj tak... ( Tried to annoying me again) .. next week mai engineer (so called) ne aa kr check kiya... Puri research ki .gadi ko underground basement mai le k andhere mai bhi check kiya . Liquid apply kr bhi.. marks dobara same mile... But wo bhi maan ne ko taiyar nhi.. meri hi galti nikalne ki puri koshish kr rhe the sare... Bhut bahas hui unse... Bolte company ki taraf se sab shi hai.. customer yani meri hi galti hai...mai bola ki to ye daylight mai kha gayab ho jate hai...reason batao .. bhut bahas k baad achanak enginner k muh se nikla... Ye windscreen mai internal bubbles hai.... Mai bola bas😅 ab ye bta ki.. ye internal bubble.. customer ne yani maine seeshe k ander kaise dale..yhi baat pakad li... to fir wo chup... Bas maine kha ya to is ko change kr ya mai court case kr rha hu.... Phle to agrre nhi hue... Ek week baad call kr k bolte hai . Aadhe paise de do screen k change kr denge... Mai bola ki ek bhi paisa nhi dunga . Last mai badi muskil se bina paiso mai change karayi.. company ki galti hone k bavjud....dhang se fitting bhi nhi ki . Water leak ho gya... Fir dobara nikala..fir se lagayi... I have wasted so much of my time in this process... Faulty product dene k baad bhi apni galti maanne ko taiyar nhi... anyhow mai data rha... Aur change karaya...😊 ..but fir bhi mentally to pareshaan hua hi.. so ladna padta hai .apne haq k liye... 10 - 20 lac de k gadi khareed rhe hai..koi dhaniya pudina nhi kharid rhe ..jb tumne Paisa lete time customer ko 1 rs ki riyayat nhi di.. to tumhara khrab product kaise accept kar le.....???

Thank you for this information. I bought Tata Safari in july2021. During PDI there was a spot on car, showroom people repainted it but still visible. There was oil seal between Engine &gearbox was leaked within six months/6000kms and vehicle was in workshop for a month. It's electronic touch screen and software failure in one year . I am crying. The vehicle seems not reliable. Even Tata showroom personals says those are common problem. If you have purchased Tata or Mahindra vehicles, be prepare to visit workshop frequently.। There other happening also,. I am great regret that I purchased a Tata vehicle.

Dealer tried selling me a car with repainted bumper and I suspected the car is a Testdrive vehicle, as it was manufactured in Jan as per VIN number, and they tried selling me in May. Hi sir, please help. I had booked Tata punch in the month of August'23. It was my first car and bought it under loan. But yesterday when i visited a automobile service station for car wash one of the known person highlighted me that my car has been repainted and there were minir defects in the exterior as well like uneven paint finish, rubber frame not attached correctly, seat covers not added correctly, and door alignment was dropping down. I am planning to buy Brezza. I am confused between VXi and ZXi. I do not like the Sunroof (which I feel is a useless feature for Indian conditions) and the painted alloy wheels which looks awful. But the rear wiper specially in monsoon in eastern India is a very useful feature in ZXi. Will the rear defogger suffice the purpose. Which of the above model will give maximum value for money. Does the Smart hybrid in ZXi increase the mileage. Looking for your suggestion.
