In my view 1.If you done positive isolation in piping system its called effective isolaystem 2. watch in video 1:32 there are show various type of mechanical isolation methods,Cab select anyone of method based on industry safety aspects. Thanks for comments.

Yes,1 st and 2nd also positive isolation but its not suitable(safety wise) for Hazards services system. Also various isolation techniques order based on safe methods from low level to high level. Thanks.subscribe @technicalpiping

@@TECHNICALPIPING This could be misunderstood. Gate valve and bleed valve is not positive isolation. The ideology behind positive isolation is to guarantee 100% physical segregation of a hazard or contamination from personnel and/or product inventory. Positive isolation is limited to the use of blind flanges(removable spool and blind flange), spectacle blinds, and spades.
