RAM doesn't works like that. Generally any app consists of multiple processes and it's the job of OS to assign memory to them. It does not depend on percentage of RAM usage. A process will take enough pages that is required by it. Usually there is a queue present which stores the processes that are ready to be executed. OS doesn't assign RAM on percentage basis. It assign RAM as perticular programs need.

Hi Sagar Bhai in computer which are old there is DDR2 RAM but latest Ram is DDR3 RAM which are very high in GB and windows can run most efficiently.iPhone RAM optimisation is very good. Very nice content.
