Method 1: Try Your SD Card in Other Devices
You can use this method to be sure about the state of your SD card. Here, you simply insert your card into several different devices that can use SD cards such as smartphones, computers, tablets, and so on. It might turn out to be that the card is not just compatible with your device or it has issues related to your device driver.
Method 2: Check for Errors with chkdsk Command
Pay attention to the following steps to carry out this method of fixing your corrupt SD card:
1. Connect the corrupt card to your system through a card reader
2. Select the “Start” option on your Windows taskbar and choose “Computer”
3. Go to “Devices with Removable Storage” and under it, find your SD card. Take note of your card’s assigned drive letter
4. Once again, click on “Start” and in the “Search” box, type the letters “cmd”
5. Right-click on “cmd”. Choose “Run as administrator” as your option
6. In the command window that opens afterward, fix the corrupt memory card
7. Type the letters “chkdsk”. This should be followed by your card drive letter, a colon and “/f”
8. To begin the process of “Chkdsk” checking for possible errors, press the “Enter” key on your keyboard. Next, attempt fixing the corrupt SD and following the message prompts that will eventually pop up
9. Go back and check your card drive letter to confirm if your SD card has been fixed and your files recovered.
Method 3: Assign a New Drive Letter to Your SD Card
If your SD card files are unreadable, you can assign use your system to assign a new drive letter to your card using these steps:
1. Right-click on “Start”
2. Click on “Disk Management”, the console will open
3. Right-click on the volume of the drive letter you wish to change
4. Make your choice from the list of drive letters provided
5. Select “Ok”
6. A window may appear asking you “if you actually wish to try to do this”, choose “Yes”
7. Now you can close the “Disk Management” console with a click
Method 4: Format Your SD Card
You can format your SD Card to have everything wiped from it so you can start fresh using these steps on your PC:
1. Connect your SD card to your PC using a card reader or any other adaptor
2. Click on the “Start” button. Then click on “Computer” to take you to “My Computer”
3. All your hard drives should appear in the “My Computer” window. If not, select “Computer” on the left-hand menu
4. Here, your SD card should be listed under “Devices with removable storage”. To view the menu of your SD card context, right-click on your card
5. Select “Format” to see your formatting options
6. Tick the box beside “Quick Format” for a faster process
7. Finally, select the “Start” button to run the process. Once this is done, remove your SD card from the system and put it back to your device.

It is saying about raw what does it mean

RAW means File system is corrupted of that SD card, so you can try with chkdsk or other method shown in this video to solve the issue and it will resolve if it's just the File system issue not the hardware

After chkdsk step im getting an error saying that cant open volume for direct access. Few months ago when i had seen ur video it worked and again my sd card got corrupted and hence i came back to method 2 now its saying cant access . Please guide me

Bro I had transferred photos from my phone private mode directly to sd card ...for the first time i viewed i was able to see the photos in sd card ....i removed the sd card from phone and again later i had put it back and i checked the photos in sd card ....there was not even a single photo in the sd card What can i do to get it back bro ???? Seems your ad card is corrupted or damaged try check in phone if it’s there or may be it’s encrypted as per phone setting so validate those.

Please Help! This morning I put my card into the card reader that came when I bought my camera, and I was able to transfer about 14 files then got an error message saying the card needed to be formatted and I couldn’t access the pics any more. I ejected the card and put into my camera and got the same message. I’m devastated. I had over 10000 files (raw + jpeg) on that card! I have it running through Disk Drill recovery program and just hoping and praying the photos are not lost! What happened? The card was formatted when I first put it into my camera before I took any pics. I don’t understand what happened. Was it my computer or a faulty card reader? Ps- it’s a SanDisk extreme (maybe an extreme pro 238gb) card, brand new I bought for my recent trip to Utah canyons hiking trip

Your SD card might have become raw, so try using one of the recovery software as trial version and see if that works or not and then comment here, will help you with next possible step.

Check your card reader in device manager whether your device is getting detected or not.
