My story is very similar to hers. But only difference is she had work experience in same area initially in cognizant. I have 17 months experience in IT as systems engineer. I have done projects and have been applying a lot since 2-3 months. But no calls. I have been working on skills everyday. Is it really necessary to enroll in such expensive program like odin? Can't we get any opportunity without it? Why are we not given opportunity to explain ourself why we took so many years post our 1st IT job. rejecting us just because we are not immediate fresher, is something very discouraging. 💔

Your skill is the only thing that matters actually. If you can impress interviewers then there won't be any if and but from the recruiter. I can say this after having 14 yrs of experience in IT industry. Your Skills must shout in front of your interviewer so that he can't hear and see anything else except your expertise and knowledge. Keep learning and have belief in yourself. And one more thing, the companies which are focused on unnecessary things like career gap and background etc. aren't the right place to work so feel good to be not part of such a workplace 😊. Koi to company hogi jo machino ko nhi insaano ko naukri degi ❤

try to focus if you want to perform well if possible rejoin the training institute offline batch which shifts ur attention and only focus on improving skill and after certain days or months (give yourself that time to urself relax,code, exercise,talk with parents for support, enjoy some time with friend and stay in contact with professional who work or have similar desire as u to work in same technology)

Bhai mera 5 saal career gap hai, may government exams ke chakkar waqt bekaar kar diya, aur pichle 2 saal say suicidal thoughts hai, mujhe ek friend mila jiss neh fake certificate laga keh IT job leh liya woh bhi 70k salary kaa, course DEVOPS engineer kiya hai, may bhi abb waisa hee kar raha hu, 2.5lakhs pay karna hai placement keh badd. In the name of podcast simply odin school is being promoted. He claims to be a SDE in adidas. Hope he is paid well. Still because of his greed for more money, just trying to fool innocent people watching this is just very wrong. There are clear guidelines that a paid promotion needs to be explicit in video. He is not adhering to any. Just showing his big house, made by fooling people. God Bless him. Request to technical suneja. If ur taking money to sponsor just tell openly- that this video is made in partnership with sponsor. It s the right thing to do. But fooling in name of podcast is wrong. Hope u learn something and have some ethics in life. You are already well established in your career no need to make money by cheating people by doing such substandard work.
