I started learning wrist rolls with wooden nunchakus, they demand a lot of respect at first but when you get them rolling you feel the construction you can move/creat with it, then you learn the flow and can add more tricks, it's so much fun to practice

Cool move with the chain there. Only move I tend to do with holding the chain is gunslinger style moves so I will have to give it a go.out of interest can you get into the chain unwinder from a gunslinging motion.
