Only limited to mobile. Cant watch the live feed on smart tv.

I'm here after an issue with my outdoor camera. The 2 way audio communication suddenly stopped working from my side. I can hear what's happening on the other side. But they can't hear what I'm talking. I'm using Samsung 23plus. This is a bug or something needs to be reported/checked ?

I have been using this for 8 months. Not worth it. Cameras always go offline. Backup is only for 7 days. Don't buy. Once you buy the cameras you can't return it too. Can only install it on your mobile phone.

Electric cables are connected in a different way. Our broadband cable comes from a hole in the window haha. Most houses have this kind of setup.
