First like, first comment, thanks Adam and Chris for these videos. I've done different styles of Kung Fu a long time(and a bit else here and there), and your material always helps me expand my thinking on training, application and more. Again thank you!

Dear Sir, appreciate your focus on Universal Motion, or just Motion. Having spent over three decades on the tatami, doing wrestling, Judo, Boxing, Karate and instructing self defence I have come to realize, with time and experience: that a motion which linked to a defensive or offensive technique made things safer and more efficient. Congratulation, again and Best regards. Paul,69, retired instructor of Karate

The difficulty of knowing what Art Form to engage and initiate is like knowing what branch of Math to discover some equation at least to a Genius. May go off onto some Tangent and need to rebase ASAP.

Cheers guys. I have a question what is push hands? Can you give us a quick demo? Thanks. I know what chi sau is. Are they the same?

It is a Tai Chi excercise. Similar (-ish) to chi sau, as it also trains your hands' sensitivity, among other things. Check it out. kzbin.info/www/bejne/oquyoqqhns99sNE

Hey Adam, I have a question. What is you genuine opinion of JKD, original JKD. I am unsure about either doing wing chun or JKD. I know wing chun was Bruce’s base art, and people say late JKD has next to no wing chun in it. But it without a doubt played a role in Bruce’s development as a martial artist. Do you think it’s necessary to learn wing chun before going to JKD or not? What would you advice me to study, wing chun or JKD? I’m specifically talking about Tommy Carruthers online lesson, or wing chun under your online lessons. I’m really not sure what would be best for me.
