He looks like he's having a conversation with his child that made him smile, or like OP said, speaking to an attendant or even his spouse. His expression wnd pose from the chest up are relaxed and happy, and you can infer that by also looking at the pose of the legs. Putting a leg up isn't the best pose if you have to get up quickly, usually you'd do it when you're safe and relaxed.

Honestly, Technoblades outfit goes perfectly with him. His human drawings are about him being terrifying and powerful, but people who actually draw him as a pig for how he doesn't take things seriously.
