Even though you have mentioned about IIITMK, the GoK has recently upgraded it into Kerala University of Digital Sciences Innovation and Technology (also called Digital University, Kerala). The first building in the video is this University. It's fully functional now.

They have dropped the plan for a training centre. It will be a IT hub and development centre which wil provide IT services for aerospace, manufacturing and defence domains. It will also have projects related to latest technologies like IOT, Data analytics, ML, etc

Technocity നല്ല ഒരു concept ആണ് പക്ഷെ ഏത് ഗവണ്മെന്റ് ആയാലും softwarinu കൊടുകുന്ന പ്രാധാന്യം hardwarinu കൊടുക്കുന്നില്ല. ഇന്ത്യയിൽ computer hardware നിർമാണം വളരെ കുറവാണ്

India first park Technopark . Unfortunately I was one of the victim in late 90’s where 4 big companies are moved out of Technopark due to DYFI strike against computerisation. Still we don’t see any global product companies are coming to Kerala except service companies

technocity.. from tomorrow this area must known as greencity.. 500 acres..more... from tomorrow the buildings in the technocity are part of ABG GLOBAL.. the Suntec building is the ABG GLOBAL'S - REGIONAL HEADQUARTERS OF INDIA.. tata.. birla building's are there that will refund as per the procedures.. the KABANI building will be turns into PARADISE LITTLE MALL.. time is precious... So I redirect the headquarters to trivandrum.. my native city... mumbai's Parinee cascade at BKC is the one of our zonal office.. So the mangalapuram residences beware of the real estate Mafia's.. Also the greenfield stadium with lncp campus is part of ABG'S SPORTS ZONE.. there's a Robinvilla bungalow in kaniyapuram is also added to our assets... TCS ന്റെ Training centre കൊണ്ട് ജനങ്ങൾക്കു എന്താണ് ഉപയോഗം. കുറെ ഹിന്ദിക്കാരന്മാർ വിമാനത്തിൽ വന്നു ട്രെയിനിങ് നടത്തിയിട്ടു അങ്ങ് പോകും. നമുക്ക് വേണ്ടത്, Training സെന്റർ അല്ല. ആളുകൾക്ക് ജോലി കൊടുക്കുന്ന സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ ആണ്. ഇനി TCS നു Trivandrum ൽ building കൊടുക്കരുത്.
