Technology-Enabled Disruption Conference: Welcome and Morning Keynote

The Federal Reserve Banks of Richmond, Dallas and Atlanta hosted the 2023 Technology-Enabled Disruption (TED) Conference in Richmond on May 22-23, 2023. Dallas Fed Vice President and Associate Director of Research Mark Wynne welcomed attendees to the fifth annual conference and Gillian Tett, chair of the editorial board and editor-at-large for the US Financial Times, provided a morning keynote presentation titled Where Tech Meets Finance, encouraging attendees to step out of their traditional professional frameworks in order to better work together to solve real life problems.
