If you're looking to get a 20k smartphone and use it for 3-4 years at the very minimum, Poco X3 Pro is a better smartphone and it's not even a debate. Yes, even without AMOLED & older main camera, it's a better phone. The reason is primarily down to the processor. Snapdragon 860 is a VERY POWERFUL processor. It's not about gaming but longevity. A smartphone with a very powerful processor can easily last upto 5 years and that's pretty much enough to make a difference. The reviewer simply prefers AMOLED screens. I follow him on twitter and I'm well aware of it. To be very frank, I absolutely agree that *AMOLED > LCD* but they also comes at high risks, especially for longevity. Now I know none of you will believe a random comment on youtube. So I suggest everyone to watch dave 2d review of poco f3. It may be a different smartphone but he talks about the same thing in that video, i.e ; benefit of longevity when you have a very powerful processor.

Agree with you to some extent. On paper, the Note 10 Pro Max is better today, the X3 Pro will be better after 2 years. But 1. if you're a gamer, the heating issues might get annoying. 2. You might think even if you're not a hardcore gamer, SD860 is better in long term, but think about it - you're also sacrificing on the extra battery life of the Note 10 Pro Max, the better cameras, the better display, the better build & design. A 215g phone that's almost 10mm thick is absolutely not a great long-term bet. So it really depends on your specific use case. If you're okay with the shortcomings, then yeah, it makes some sense.

Great video mate fair comparison but Would like to say something regrading the pro max 1. the tint issue is there on all high refresh rate amoleds even the flagships 2. flickering issue is fixed in the latest update 3. in the 12.5 update the phone has become really really smooth and ui feels a lot better now 4. I know the screen on time depends on usage but i easily get 9+ sot on 120hz and 10+ on 60 while i dont play heavy games but my usage is low to medium

@Surya from what I have seen, the Poco X3 is stronger than the X3 pro. The Snapdragon 870 on the x3pro is not well optimized and the phone overheats plus it drains the battery fast too. So my suggestion if you can still find the Poco X3 go for it or better still instead of x3pro, go for Poco F3. The F3 is just a little more expensive but it is the phone to go for

Where I think the Poco X3 really shines is longevity. It's not like Xiaomi is gonna prove 5-6 years of updates or anything, but given you're willing to flash a custom rom, the Snapdragon 860 should make sure the phone lasts at least 3-4 years without feeling laggy, which is more than what can be said for almost all midrangers with midrange specs.

If you are a person who use phone on daily basics and you are not a expert in using phone, just go for poco x3 pro due to its software experience. Redmi note 10 pro is a great phone and i will recommend who is curious about display quality. Both phones will not let you down in most of the situations.

@@darana1142 It has some notification bugs and some bugs in pip mode, but its now fixed in the newest 12.5 update and the phone is way better now, don't even consider buying a32 even the bugs were not fixed. The bugs are not that bad except that notification bug(which was fixed in the update), others are very minor bugs which i even don't remember now.

@@samchao4345 A good LCD is still way better than a cheap amoled and as far as 5G is concerned, 5G rollout isn't going to happen within a month, it will take years to roll out to every city and 4G+ will be around 80% compared to 5G speeds which again is extremely good. 4G+ with Carrier Aggregation is also suffienct to give 100+ Mbps speed which is more than sufficient for smartphone usage

I am N10 pro user, as u said battery performance excellent with 120hz and everything is good. For proximity sensor xiaomi used ultrasonic sensor because of that people faces some problems.

The low light photography performance is not only because the pixel size, sensor size or aperture. It relies on the SOC ISP, and the Snapdragon 860 have a high end ISP vs midrange Snapdragon 732g ISP. The image processing is better in the better chip.

For poco x3 pro - burning your phone everyday with so much heat can greatly damage the processor which is not good at all for long term usage. That is why thermal throttling exists.
