They started to fake the serial number too! They clone the serial number from real ones! It’s not valid anymore. Now the only way is to go on App Store! Fake won't have iOS software as they long on Android software and it's normal for warranty to expire as its been 3 years already. As long as you can sign in to iCloud account.

there is another method to check weather it's fake or real, the fake iphone will open with a google map like android phones.

Or you can use your eyes to see whether the camera is made with sapphire or normal glass. Sapphire is thicker than normal glass, obviously and iPhone lenses are made with sapphire. Plus the iOS would feel weird off the bat, fake iOS skin would straight up reveal what’s it’s running underneath ( android ).
