If we take 1,s complement we get(011001) after doing 2,s complement we get (011010)coz we add it by 1

Before blaming check carefully 100110 It's 1's Complement 011001 Now add 1in it's lsb 011001 = 011010 It's 2's complement which I have calculated directly
