I love how you touched on the security features, I was a cyber security student and current IT consultant, so I love the fact Lenovo and Moto are bring basic security practices to the masses through ease of use

Purchased the Moto Edge Plus 2023 on Amazon and received it yesterday. This is how scrolling should be on a phone. That 165 hz display is insane. Its butter smooth. I didnt think I would be able to tell a difference between 144hz and 165hz but man there is zero stutter. Theres no fading of text while scrolling like the (S23 Ultra). Im not sure Im a fan of the large curves but the display looks pretty awesome.

Killer phone is just what I was looking for. Best phone since my BB Passport, (sans security) last phone was an S22 ultra. The Thinkphone crushes that unit in every category for business, ease of use, ergonomics, and overall experience are superb. Small, light, and great screen. Nice Job Motorola/Lenovo.

I just bought this phone 2 days ago for 399. I absolutely love it. I needed a phone and this phone is just perfect especially for the price of $399. I really was not gonna spend $800 or more.

I have one and i love it. It's a lot of bang for the price. It operates very smoothly and has s very long lasting battery and it's charges quickly. It's thin and light with a solid quality build. it has great call quality too. The camera is fine for me. I'm a photographer so i only use phone cams for snapshots which look great. For everything else i use a "real" camera. Lenovo/Moto did a fantastic job with this phone.

I bought one. I love everything about it, but it will not let me set-up face unlock. It won't recognize it to set it up? Did you have this problem or is it isolated to my phone?

Watching this from the Moto Edge 30 ultra 🤓 Switched from IOS to Android after about 6 years. Nice phone with great performance. 8 plus gen 1 rocks. The only issue with moto is their Android updates. Haven't got Android 13 till now and the camera still needs improvements in video quality. Good overall photography though.

I think they first solve all the bugs and then release with all the optimization. Google regular updates has lot of bugs

I'm currently using the Motorola Edge Plus 2022 and was excited about this device, but it turns out Motorola devices have next to no trade in value. On Motorola's own website they'll only offer $40 for my three month old device.😢

Don't trade it in, what's the point of buying a device and your plan is to trade it in anyway, if that's the case just go and buy an iphone and be done. I'm an anxious use and i have never traded in a phone because i am a collector, and i also have kids that can use my phones as well as family.

I just bought pixel seven pro on sale seems pretty nice but this seems like it would fit my workload possibly better, just what I need another phone 😮. Maybe do a comparison of the two for ThinkPad users, which I am definitely one I just bought the ThinkPad X 13 S with the ARM processor which had bad reviews but it is now my main driver. The only thing I don’t like about it is win 11 pro. Win 10 has better work flow for me

Nice. Thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule to give us a quick overview. Interesting device. Actually, a lot of the capability it seems to have, Samsung, in my opinion, is already doing with the Knox chioset in their Galaxy devices and you can do a lot more when paired with a Galaxy Book. They have their partnership with Microsoft for productivity apps, with McAfee for extra security via Secure WiFi, Secure Folder, where confidential files are guarded within the Knox chipset. And with Google, you can see which apps have access to certain areas of the hardware and can deny access if needed through the introduction of Android 13. And with Galaxy Books, you can cut of access to the camera or ad a transparent view on your screen to keep prying eyes away. I think this gets overlooked from Samsung due to them trying to cater to the business and home world all at once. And you get these feature on all of their S and Z series devices. But I'm sure you knew all of this as you cover Samsung extensively 😂 just mentioning it for the fellow viewers. Looking forward to your review when you get to it, and what it can do with the ThinkPad. Glad to see Motorola doing this for its business customers.

I am currently using a Motorola 5G Edge phone for a family business. Not my choice. Glass broke within a few days of owning it, and now it has now broken again, that makes twice. So miss my Blackberry, could drop it and it never cracked. I asked for Asurion to put on Gorilla Glass but evident to me that they did not Last time the replacement screen was only a few dollars less than the phone! Does the new Motorola Think phone have better glass than other Motorola phones?

How is the software performance? I used to use Motorola's as my main device, and I used to deal with bugs and performance hiccups constantly, but I've got a pixel 6a now and the software is incomparably better, does the ThinkPhone have the same software issues?

I have the Motorola Edge 2022 and the software is awesome in flies through and handles anything that I throw at it and it has its Mediatek 1050 chip in it I can imagine a Motorola with a 8gen one-plus or a Gen 2 whoa just wait the Motorola Edge + 2023 it's going to be coming out within the next month or so and that phone has the 8th Gen 2 and it's awesome

I would consider this a modern blackberry business phone that can be used as person phone and sufficient to use everyday and a decent camera I would consider this even though I'm using my 14 plus

Bought one and returned it after 4 days. The phone is advertised as military spec, however, the oleophobic coating was coming off after 4 days - not a good look
