Same, contacted their shite support and they wanted the ps4 serial number I used to make the account(I made it online through website so the fuck) wanted the last 2 games I bought(hard to figure when I bought 50+) and the credit card on the account(only used psn cards since I don’t trust no one with my credit info) their support is the worst I’ve ever seen.

Update October 2023, this video is ONLY if you are already logged in and you can access the codes BEFORE You sign out, only option is to call PlayStation support Monday-Friday 9am-6pm don’t listen to these people on KZbin they will waste your time

you need to disable the 2SV phone which you activated earlier. only thing you can contact playstation customer support. due to security reason they have this way only.

If you are not signed in and you don’t have access to back up codes you need to have a PlayStation support live chat all they ask you is your email that was used to set up your PlayStation the city and state you have set in your PlayStation And your serial number for your PlayStation I told my support guy I didn’t know what that was or how to access it and apparently it’s on the bottom of your PlayStation on the side dish and if you see a little tiny barcode is the numbers and letters underneath it. I was super stressed out but he was able to turn off the two-step verification and then he sent they passed reset and told me to reset my password and he also told me he turned The two step verification off
