That guy confidence level goes up when he starts speaking in native language, I think interview should be conduct with their state respective Language for eg take china, japan , korea they don't conduct interview in English (jusy my opinion)

Myself in the interview, the company allowed to talk in mother tongue , all students will be prove their self , the English is a tool to sort out or a tool for filter the candidate only , it's not able to prove their knowledge, finally the English is a wrong way to interview the candidate in India , if u interview in English all company will loose lot of knowledgeable candidates..
