So I'm going thru this process now with and original xbox one and when it gets to the update part it won't update. I'm hard wired into the internet and it says the connection is good but will not download the update. My controller will also not bring up the system settings etc. when pressing the xbox button. Anyone know how to fix this? I've tried all the trouble shooting except the offline update and holding the pair and eject while starting the xbox doesn't bring up a trouble shooting screen either 🤷🏻‍♂️
