My wife has the S23 FE (I have the regular S23 6.1"). Good video review of the S23 FE camera. To me, your findings pretty much match what we think of the camera. The stabilization is really good (substantially better than the A54). The biggest differences we see between the S23 and S23 FE is that the S23 is a bit better with the front camera (Better detail), zoom is a bit better, and night/low light being the most significant difference. All in all, I'm a bit surprised just how close the overall camera quality is between the two. If I didn't have my S23 on me, I wouldn't be disappointed using the S23 FE to catch something.

You have a habit of putting out the word decent, and great, really good, excellent, etc, while talking about the same subject! Don't get me wrong, it's not a put down, I do like your videos, but it can get confusing! I'm a bit older than you are, but as far as I'm concerned the word (decent) means it's just ok, so for an example, you can't start a conversation about something and say I'm really impressed with the camera on this phone, and then finishing up on the subject you say it has a decent camera. You do this quite frequently! Maybe decent has a different connotation in today's world, but I don't think so.

Basically a s22+ with features you dont really need. Wonder if this will get 1 year more support than the s22 line.

Better yet though, unlike the Snapdragon 8 v.1 on the S22, the S23 FE with the same SOC doesn't over heat and sacrifice battery run time.

We have the S23 FE. Of course, it depends on how you use your phone daily, but my wife easily gets a day and a half plus.

The cameras are the same as the s21 fe. Video recording in Low light is terrible. Hopefully its better on the S23FE.

Not at all, getting very good battery run time with this (Snapdragon version, can't comment on the exynos version)

@@pcarlson214 I too have the snapdragon variant. My unit's battery is draining like 1% per minute. Should I just return and get a replacement as it has just been 10 days?

old flagship for 300 dollar>>>> S23FE (Value for money ) And also I don't think there is need to be 8K24 specially it looks terrible than my 5 year old SD625 And if you record 4K or 8k you won't notice bit difference of you have big TV in your house so I think 4K30 was way better also , am I only one who is noticing colour changes while going from 30 FPS to 60 FPS 🤔🤷?

The old flagship will never get android 17. The s23 fe will. You can get the fe right now for 200 bucks. Which is a steal, no brainer deal.

@@aaronwestley3239 Bro there is rarely any difference between android 11 and android 15 , I don't care about those dumbass update which brings nothing but bugs mainly on Samsung phone... And I can even flash GSI in 5 year old phone and get new updates before you ... This is the exact way company takeaway money like people from you thinking they won't get an android update they change their totally working phone. And most of android apps works fine> android 6 , but my main favourite old apps stop working after android 13 , I am honestly thinking of downgrading right now .. Google seems like pushing updates after update , now they don't vene feel anything , back then there was excitement for every new update.. every update felt like a huge difference, now it doesn't feel like anything , it comes with bunch of craps customisation which I like to do myself.. I would rather take a 4 year old stable phone than a newer phone with a bunch of bugs and unsupported apps
