i am using this in my pc, i want to know how to access boot menu and bios menu in dell KM7321W? as per my motherboard pressing delete button goes to my bios menu, and pressing f12 button goes to boot menu, i purchase this keyboard today, but after perssing both the keys i am unable to go in boot menu and bios menu. pls help!

Dell Support please read this. I am really interested in this product but I have a question and I can't get an answer anywhere. I would like to know if I press the switch device button on my keyboard, will it bring the mouse to the next device as well?

Interested to see if anyone has some experience on this. looking to buy this keyboard but waiting to get an answer on this. no one has been able to address the question. did you buy the keyboard and if so did both the mouse and keyboard switch when one or the Botton where pressed?

The answer is no - I own this set and the toggle buttons on the mouse and keyboard are not synchronized. This means that you always have to switch the mouse and keyboard separately to use another computer.

anyway you can seamlessly move between devices, without having to select which channel the keboard and mouse is assigned to? basically i want to just move the mouse between two systems, similar to "mouse without borders" software

Hello, I would like to know if the default behavior (i.e. NOT requiring hiting Fn together) for f1,f2,... keys is as multimedia keys (for adjusting volume, screen light etc) or as standard function keys and if this behavior can be toggled by some key combination like Fn+Esc, Fn lock or sth. Does anybody know? Thanks

Not a great experience Dell ... when working in low light it's impossible to see the greyed-out second function keys without having a torch and magnifying glass. Also that the F function keys require you to push the Fn key to access them ... rather than the standard way of having the F keys being the primary purpose ... F4 for example is repeat' last step in Windows' which I use all the time for formatting and now it left-hand gymnastics to get to work ( useless shortcut now - sigh). Also found getting the Bluetooth working for both devices a challenge - you miss a few important steps in your video like (to set the blue tooth for the mouse use its Bluetooth button not the one on the keyboard - duh). On the plus side, the key action is nice and the keyboard is also weighted so it does not move about, which is good for a key-basher. Oh ... and don't bother putting instructions in the box as they are also unreadable without a magnifying glass. I would have taken it back for a refund if it had not been for this video.

Links do not work, claims it has a 3-year warranty on the web site, but Dell will not honor it, as all CS reps claim only 1 year warranty. No documentation, no support, no warranty. This is an expensive disposable keyboard and mouse set. Not worth it.
