The title of "review of BUDGET air fryers" is a bit misleading, when one is listed at over $300! Hardly a "budget" item. And any of these that claim to bake is also misleading, when the heating element is on top. Anybody that cooks, knows that when you bake, the heat comes from the bottom. You BROIL from the top. Certainly having the air circulating would make a difference, but it's not truly "baking", and you'll find yourself making several adjustments, and throwing out lots of food before you find the right time and temp to finally get it even CLOSE to the results you'd get if you'd just used the oven instead, especially if you're making cookies, cupcakes, or cakes/pies or home made biscuits. For "air frying", you're probably better off to stick with just a simple air fryer without all the extras, that will include extra headaches, and eat up extra counter space if you already have limited area to begin with. Just a thought. Also, do your research before you buy ANY of the air fryers. I almost bought a Chefman 3.7qt that was on sale, until I read the reviews on it. Even at almost 50% off, it wasn't a bargain at all, unless I enjoy getting burned all the time, which I don't.

Just how "Budget" can these 5 be if you are afraid to list the price? Calling the Ninja Foodie an air fryer is a joke. This has as many functions as my Samsung Smart Double oven.

You have missed the point. What people want is capacity of the fryer. If the fryer does not hold enough for family it is useless and time consuming. That my friend is what people want. It would do you good to pay attention of what the everyday families want and not want what you are selling.

If you have stove any air fryer is waste of money and the space in the kitchen. They are big and the Amount of food you can cook in it is small. Frying chicken or porkchops doesn't work the way I thought it would.
