Can we check in PO lines which line is supplementary item , which is not , like inserting a column and it gives information Do we have anything like that

Yes there will be a small icon in the line to differentiate supplementary item

Thank you for explaining so beautifully. i have a question , what if there's a requirement that once the free sample product has been updated in the PO line with zero value, can we update the batch number for that free item, if its batch controlled?
