I have a Vizio model: E420i_A0 Will the T con board link in your description work with all Vizio TVs or are they all different for each model? Do you know if this will work with mine? If no or unsure about all of the above then If I open up my tv do the stock Tcon boards normally show their model number on it so I know exactly which one to get? Thanks for the video

Hunter Keating yes they’re different for each model. Look up E420i_A0 t-con board on google and you should get you some results there.

Are the t con board specific to each tv or would a board from this tv work the same with a say 65" model same brand?

That’s actually a really good question. Many times companies will try to use the exact same components for the different size TVs to save money. Unfortunately, it varies from TV to TV. Definitely do a little bit of Internet research to figure out what model was designed for your specific TV.

Check www.shopjimmy.com Take off the back of your tv for the M43-C1 and get the number on the T-Con board. Shopjimmy will have the replacement part because there maybe a couple types of T-Con boards for your type of TV. TV's are super simple to work on if you like farting around with trial and error.

I replaced it and now I cant get the tv to stop cycling through full screen colors? Any tips on how to stop it from cycling? I was told it’s in test mode or some sort.

Have you figured this out ? Mine is doing the same thing after t-con swap
