This week we are explaining how the Coming Home / Leaving Home lighting function works, and how it can help by illuminating your path for the car to your door, or vice versa.
This feature is standard on most of our range, but in this video we’re showcasing it on the fully-electric e-Golf.

But you can’t flash your full beams before unlocking the car, so how does that work?

you can change it to automatic if have light sensor. STG9 code 31347 adaptation coming home verbastatus from manual to automatic

Works on passat b8 too? Is it only working when dark, when having the switch on auto? So do you have to have your light-switch set to ”normal day lights” to be able to have it on daytime or does it only work in dark?

So how do you do in order to have your headlights running when unlocking in daytime?

Are these meant to work if i set the light buttons on during the day because mine never work during the day

Just wondered, on my mk 5 the instruments dials used to stay on when I took the keys out of the car when it’s dark, but the mk 7 the instrument dials turn off when I take the keys out, can I change this?

Its stupid at least with halogen headlight since they blink the highbeams. Escpesiallly when i have 220w of led bars in the front :D
