What is the cancellation policy for non-refundable hotel bookings on Booking.com?

They should post all of the loopholes to getting your refund back: death in the family, getting sick, changing your dates, or talking to the manager to see if you can get a refund. The last but not favorite option is to have your bank to cancel the transaction.
