The only way this will ever stop is if Roblox gets into legal trouble and is forced to crack down on games that have anti-player monetization strategies, or just games using properties that they don't own (basically every anime game, we already have a taste of this with Pokemon Brick Bronze and Shinobi Life 2 to an extent), because as long as these games exist, it only benefits the Roblox company in the end

Edit: Forgot to mention there are also times they will use these exploiters to also steal from rival devs. I can't remember what project it was I was working on that this happened with but it was basically a project a friend was making.

Since everyone hate these games, I encourage you to try out Fantastic Frontier. Very fun exploring, mob and boss fighting game that is F2P friendly (you don’t get much from shops anyway). It’s a game that average like 100 players, which imo means it’s massively underrated.

The spin system on Project Slayers isn't as bad as others because codes for spins are very frequently released and as of recently getting spins is very easy, but the insane buffs are the issue. The system itself is fine but there are some things you can spin that are blatantly unbeatable unless you have something equally or more rare. This means that if you happen to be unlucky enough to not get one of those high tier spins, you're basically a free kill for any player that WAS lucky

The first major thing they added was conquerors which was a 0.001 chance to get on drop but every now and then he would increase the chances to .1 or 1 percent OR u could just pay a tiny price of 3000 robux and he would repeat this process for everything like boss drops and swords forcing u to buy the game passes just to be atleast strong in the game

Speaking from experience devs "usually" start out by making passion projects as we're young, passionate and also dumb... they're just fun ways for us to put love into something and hope its loved by many others UNTIL you touch 17-18 and your parents start pressuring you for cash, if you grew up in poverty.. the real world hits you and you find out just how hard life can be.. Roblox is a great way for devs to get rich quick, some like myself and partner don't rely on money but we also admit that it's a necessity and do need some forms of monetization for game updates to continue. Some fall victim to greed and don't ever recover from it. Also Thebossinnicar or whatever his name is, doesn't dev from my knowledge he buys games from devs and updates them. Aopg he stuck by for development i think, but Titan warfare was it? Anime fighters and another game he bought... anime fighters was his most recent purchase and he probably spent a cool 7 figures on that because can guarantee he's making 6 figs a month from that shit. (I myself fell victim to AFS spending before new ownership and i'm still probably top 10 on spending leaderboard, 7k down the drain

No idea if this is really what you meant or if I didn't read it correctly, but Titan Warfare was never purchased. The game is still owned by it's original developers aka robby, sharp, and ore. It just got abandoned due to players having a lack of interest, and due to the high skill curve the game has. The devs since then have worked on Neo Soccer, and are now also working on jjk infinite, which seems to be a bandit beater, jujutsu kaisen styled game.

Hello, I saw this video in my recommendations today and even tho I don't play Roblox anymore still gave it a watch. You really hit the nail on all the problems these games have. I stopped playing Roblox around 14 years old in 2021 and my main reason for it was because this platform stopped promoting good and passionately made games. Of course there would still be gems made here and there but they had next to no player counts or would just be left dead sooner than they should because Roblox as a site doesn't support that. I remember back then Roblox used to advice kids to not spend their robux on sketchy games but now it seems like they just want them to get scammed as Roblox itself profits from it. I'd really like if you make a video about this as this is a problem outside of these anime games and about Roblox as a whole. To end my comment on a lighter note, I love the meme games side of Roblox. Stuff like "Raise a Peter" or "Making memes in your basement at 3 am tycoon" are some of the games I went back and played. Those games dont want your retention 24/7 or want to hoard all your robux, they just want you to play the game.

I’ve got no problem with Roblox gachas. The problem is definitely the meager rates. While cosmetics are understandable, rates for things that give you an advantage over others is insane. Some games will purposefully aim towards premium users as well, with very powerful premium benefits in simulators (you get money for like every hour a premium user spends on your game)

The thing is that kids do spend money blindly on these games, and in the end when they reach stuff like the 4th or 5th world they find out that the pets/items/accessories/characters there are stronger than what they purchased. Now i do get that this is incredibly greedy, but we really never know if the developers behind these games really need the money. They make these games for the younger audiences because they know that is the best method of earning money, heck half of what they earn probably go to the game. It is really greedy to make the bundles/gamepasses over 1k and i truly respect the developers who make simulators for fun or that their game pass is very small in price.

I remember when a one piece game was about one piwce, i played it about a year ago, got everything since the chances were meh, not too bad, and you could trade most stuff so people could get good fast, i came. the anime adventure trait reroll system is so horrendous i just quit the game entirely, im not tryna spend upwards of 7 hours waiting for 5 star remnant to appear randomly in bulma's shop just to reroll superior 1 on my unit who already had superior 2. im not sure about y'all but the only reason the game isn't fun to me is because of trait rerolls, i like rolling for mythics because it gets you mad hype when you finally get what you want(i REALLY don't like how they hid the chances of getting dio over heaven, it's very scummy and illegal im pretty sure) i wish they would buff older units to make them relatively on par with the newer units as well. i spent MANY MANY hours grinding for yamamoto in the bleach event just for me to look at the meta tier list 5 months later to find out he got completely wiped off the map.

A Universal Time really suprised me when a while ago they realeased a new currency and " limited skin " you get the currency every time you hit pity / opening 50 crates, now the end skin costed 5 of the currency and sold out in 10-15 min. aut made 220k robux from that. they later said they would never make it come back again but the next day they realeased a limited shop :/

I have to defend project slayers clan spin system tho, you can farm hundreds of spins per day by doing the dungeon that starts every 2 hours and rewards 40 spins so not really p2w since farming for it is pretty easy

When you pointed out project slayers I got a little confused. You can autoclick in the customization menu overnight and have over 130 clan spins + 70 daily spins. It isn't really pay to win in that aspect since its better to just stay in there and get an easy 100+ spins. Unless they changed that system idk I havent played in a hot minute

Not only can you profit off any popular IP you want without repercussions, but you can release your game on a platform where your playerbase is practically secured off rip. So why waste time making your own player models and building the infrastructure for a fan project in engines like Unity, risking the idea of your project being shutdown at any moment post release when you can hop on roblox and create the same thing for better benefits?

This is why I love the newly released into alpha MMORPG game, Dystovia. The game is the fruit of the developers creativity and dedication to make a good game. I'm a big fan of not being a fan of those popular anime/simulator games in Roblox. But I've discovered Dystovia and made me indulge playing roblox again. It brings back times. It's like SB2 but not SB2, it's better than SB2. SB2 became something like Pet Sim X, you'll each another place but you'll have to do the same thing over and over again untill the end content of the latest update. Dystovia is different tho. There are alot of things to do. Playing it kinda gives neonKnights vibe because you can interact with the characters in the game. However, I hope the developers of Dystovia will continue to make the game as good as it is right now and make it even more better! I encourage you to give it a try. Who knows you might love it. Try it! especially for those RPG fans.

I just played dystovia, and the only complaint I have is the fact that eye color change is pay walled… The eyes is not even that impressive in terms of design, In my opinion they could have made it possible to change eye color normally but have exclusive colors that you have to pay for just like the hair color.

My favorite memory of GPO was when the game was in it's early stage and I was just a noob at the game playing with some friends while they were fighting buggy. My boat had unfortunately been destroyed recently and it was slower than swimming, so what did I do? I swam from Beginner's Island to Orange Town while fighting for my life in the waters from sharks.

I had an idea while back after having just gotten into the anime Naruto, However, everytime I look at the roblox page or search up 'Naruto' games, all I get is stuff that I don't desire. (i.e Shinobi Life 2, which.. Yikes. Don't wanna go into THAT rabbithole again. Or easily made tycoons that are janky to say the least.) I personally would like to see a game with actual eye progression. (i.e you unlock Sharingan and get the first tomoe, after say like, story mission 10, chapter one you get your 2nd tomoe. And the such. And that leads me into another thing-) Most games have 0 story. I'm thinking of having a chapter based system, going from the start of the first series to the end of shippuden in 2 books. There's also balancing issues- where creators just keep adding and adding and adding and never taking a step back and going; "Huh, is this gonna work in the current sandbox or are we just screwing old players over? Nah." OH AND LETS NOT EVEN MENTION SPIN SYSTEMS- I get how it can KIND of be immersive in THIS kind of game, being born into certain families and such but.. It's just not cool. And then real personal issues crop up. I don't know how to code. Nor can I model. Honestly, this is just a dream, and it's probably gonna stay a dream for the rest of my life.

Yo, my bro, generally speaking, not even the biggest AA(Anime Adventures) spenders buy gems. The main pay to win stuff is Traits, Curses, certain events, and Stats(trading for units with good stats, which you can then transfer. you can’t actually buy stat re-rolls.) Although you can still technically get all this stuff with trading, grinding or getting lucky.

i think the enormous grinding hours for anime games like blox fruits is because of the premium players, see in roblox if a premium user joins ur game. the amount of hours he plays will get you robux, it is called premium payment, this thing is made for premium players to support the game they are playing, but anime games seem to abuse it

Garou Ultimate has got revamps. Emotes have been added, which you can get by 50 kills(50 kills per emote) randomized etc.

The only thing about this that’s wrong is project slayer part about spins since they are crazy generous with them in codes, you can get spins f2p and there’s afk for them too it’s not that hard a lot people legit get supremes by f2p
