Hi Tech Zaada, Thank you for the video. Dr. Fone does not support my Motorola 4G LTE. My phone is locked due to using the Find MY Device app when I lost my phone and locked it remotely. Unforunately, hundreds of cell phone users who used this app cannot unlock the phone using the password we created in the app. Google isn't addressing the issue or offering any solutions on the Goggle play forum. I don't want to lose my data so I've gone to the nth degree by taking my micro sd card out of the phone and purchasing a new one so in case something bad happened, I won't lose the data on my old sd card. I formatted the new SD card and inserted it into a card reader on my pc. I then downloaded the Aroma Recovery file and transferred the zip file to the new sd card. I got the sd card into the phone, got the phone into recovery mode, scrolled down to install sd data but the zip file doesn't show up. Do you have any suggestions as to why it shows up on the card reader but not on the phone. I can't do anything with phone such as going into settings and switching the phone to read the external sd card. Goggle has ruined my life so far. Sync'd my google accts, etc. I can see my damn device under device mgr in the Goggle acct but can't unlock it through Google. Some people say that Google assigned a temp password in this Find MY Device app and then the phone owner doesn't know what the heck it is. Any help is appreciated. I just looked up supported devices under Dr. Fone on the net but don't see my model. thanks
